Players send bug reports and suggestions through our official Discord and support email. The examples below summarize recurring topics without naming players, quoting private messages or claiming review counts. For the exact shipped changes and dates, see the update history.
Reaching every ingredient on a phone
A player reported that unlocking many toppings made some choices disappear off the right side of the screen. The tea, topping and flavor rows now scroll horizontally, and their position stays put while you work on the same order. Swipe across a row to reach more items. If a choice remains unavailable, first check that you have a cup and stock. See phone-control help.
Sugar and ice controls
Players using Vietnamese on mobile browsers, including Cốc Cốc, reported that sugar and ice could stay at 0%. The game shows selectable levels when the active order asks for them. If tapping a level does not respond, note the browser, device, selected customer and steps, and send a report. Do not clear your game data. Check the troubleshooting steps.
Stock and delivery notices
Players pointed out that a stock-purchase or delivery notice could cover too much of the phone screen. These messages now appear in a compact area near the top right of the game and can be dismissed immediately. During preparation, Stock shows what you already have separately from the order quantity, with larger step buttons to make restocking clearer. Read the first-day guide.
Report another issue
Tell us whether you play locally or online, your device and browser, the in-game day, and what happened after each step. Hide private information in screenshots. Use the bug-report checklist or contact the team. We publish fixes only after they are released; a report or suggestion alone is not a promised feature.
